Program Overview
The Qwalifize LLC Warm Introduction Referral Program rewards partners who introduce qualified organizations seeking Connected Worker, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), Access Management, Innovative Staffing, and Learning Management solutions. Qwalifize serves as the primary provider and contracting entity for all services and digitizes and connects operations offered under this program.
About Our Solutions & Eligible Services
Connected Worker Solutions: Digital tools and wearable devices connect employees, equipment, and workflows in real-time. These solutions improve productivity, safety, and operational efficiency by providing workers with actionable insights, guidance, real-time health status monitoring, and emergency response support while performing tasks.
RFID Solutions: Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) uses tags and sensors to track and manage assets, inventory, or equipment automatically. RFID provides real-time visibility, accurate data, and streamlined operations, helping organizations reduce loss and optimize workflows.
Access Management Solutions: Smart cabinets and zones. Building out and securing what is checked in and out of, what's moved around to include PPE, supplies or equipment. This can include item identity and weight, and facial recognition.
Innovative Staffing: Direct Hire and Staff Augmentation. Complex workforce structures, including multi-role needs in the areas of executive leadership, engineering, technical and operations.
Learning Management: Designed to support workforce development, compliance, and operational excellence. Deliver, track, and manage training programs efficiently.

What Qualifies as a “Warm Introduction”
A referral is considered a qualified warm introduction when:
•A direct introduction is made (email, meeting, or call)
•The referred party consents to being contacted
•The referred party has a legitimate business need for a qualifying solution
•The referred party is new to Qwalifize LLC and not already in active discussions
•The referrer does not negotiate, contract, or represent Qwalifize LLC in any capacity; their role is strictly to make the warm introduction
•All referrals must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and client requirements, including government contracting rules when applicable
Referral Fee Structure
Referral fees are calculated on net revenue actually received by Qwalifize
Fee: 7.5% of first paid invoice's net revenue
Example: Net Revenue of $50,000 → Net Referral fee = $3,750
Fee Payment Timing:
•Referral fees are paid within 30 days after client payment is received
•Payment via ACH, wire, check, credit card or agreed method
•Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes
